We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused HR executive with 0.5–2 years of recruitment experience who can manage end-to-end hiring and also support day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who can source and close positions quickly, coordinate smoothly with hiring managers, and handle core HR processes such as onboarding, attendance/leave coordination, basic HR documentation, and employee coordination. You will be a key partner to the hiring team and a dependable point of contact for employees, ensuring a professional candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Collect feedback, track progress, and ensure closure for each role.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and report weekly hiring status.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience (timely updates, clear communication).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Align expectations on role fit, interview stages, and selection decisions.

• Manage onboarding coordination (joining kit, documentation, induction).
• Maintain employee records (joining documents, contracts, HR files).
• Support attendance, late marks, leave tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, notices, etc.).
• Support employee queries and coordination for HR policies/processes.
• Help implement HR initiatives (engagement activities, internal communication).
